How BTru Consulting Services collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us through this website.
Effective October 28, 2026
This policy explains what personal information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. BTru Consulting Services keeps the information you submit to what is needed to respond to your inquiry and to deliver the services you request.
Information you provide to us
This website collects only the information you choose to submit. Each form asks for a specific set of details:
AI quote request: your name, email address, phone number, and a brief description of the agent or solution you have in mind.
Teaming opportunity: your company name, email address, phone number, and a brief description of the opportunity.
Contact form: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message.
Consultation booking: your name, email address, phone number, a brief reason for the call, and the date and time you select.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to review your inquiry, respond to you, prepare a quote or proposal, schedule and hold your consultation, and coordinate the services you request. We may also use it to keep a record of our business relationship with you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent it to others or use it for advertising.
How your information is handled
Form submissions are delivered to our business inbox at info@btruconsultingservices.com through our managed email service, and a confirmation is sent to you so you have a record of what you submitted.
When you book a consultation, the date and time you select are held on our business calendar and a calendar invitation is sent so both sides have the meeting recorded. Only the details needed to identify the meeting and its purpose are included.
Our email, hosting, and calendar providers process information on our behalf to operate the website and respond to inquiries. We do not share your information with them for their own marketing purposes.
We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, our firm, or the public.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we receive and to limit access to it to the people who need it to respond to you.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Email in particular is not an encrypted channel, so please avoid sending account credentials, payment card numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive details through this website. If we need that kind of information, we will arrange a more suitable way to exchange it.
Retention and your choices
We keep the information you submit only for as long as it is useful for responding to your inquiry, delivering services, or maintaining our business records, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct anything that is inaccurate, or delete it. Email info@btruconsultingservices.com and we will action your request.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. The interactive demos on our service pages run entirely in your browser, so anything you type into a demo stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Children
This website is directed to business, government, and institutional visitors and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 years of age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the way we operate change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and the revised policy applies once it is posted here.
